How do I place my first order?
Create a free account, choose a product, pick a design (or start from a blank canvas), personalize it in our design tool, and check out. Most first orders take under fifteen minutes from start to finish.
Where do I find my account number?
Your account number is included in your welcome email when you create an account. You will use it together with your password to sign in. If you cannot find it, call us and we will look it up for you.
Can I see pricing before I sign in?
Pricing is tied to your account, so you will need to sign in to see it. Creating an account is free and takes about three minutes.
Can I reorder a previous design?
Yes. Your saved projects and order history live in your account, so reordering a design for additional quantities takes just a few clicks.
Do you support all faith traditions and secular services?
Yes. Our template library and design tools support all faith traditions, cultural practices, and secular ceremonies, and every design is fully customizable.
What if my order arrives damaged or something is wrong?
Let us know right away and we will make it right. We understand service dates cannot move, and we will work with you to get a replacement in your hands in time.
