The noon cutoff, Central time
Orders placed before 12pm CST enter production the same day. Orders placed after it enter production the next business day and follow the same 1 day in-lab turnaround with free overnight shipping — so a late afternoon order still leaves the next business day, not a week.

Holiday closures
Our lab is closed — and UPS does not pick up or deliver — on New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day. Each works like a weekend: orders and deliveries move to the next business day.
The one exception is Christmas Eve. Our office is closed, so no new orders ship that day — but UPS still delivers, so an order already on its way arrives.
Ahead of each holiday period we send a reminder with exact cutoff adjustments — especially around Thanksgiving and the Christmas–New Year’s stretch, when closures land close together.

What happens if I order after 12pm CST?
Orders placed after the noon cutoff enter production the next business day and follow the same 1 day in-lab turnaround with free overnight shipping.
What about weekends?
Order Friday before 12pm CT and your order is delivered Monday — or Saturday by special request through Customer Service, billed separately. Orders placed from Friday afternoon through Monday before noon are delivered Tuesday.
Is overnight shipping really free?
Yes. Every memorial product order ships via free UPS Next Day Air. There is no minimum order value to qualify.
Can I track my order?
Yes. You will receive tracking information by email once your order ships, and you can always check order status from your account.
What if something is wrong with my order?
